Procul is a software product for assistive device practices in Dutch healthcare. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

2. What data we collect through this website

Through our marketing website (procul.nl) we only collect data that you actively enter yourself:

• Name and email address via the contact form or demo request

• Any message or question information that you fill in yourself

We use this data solely to respond to your request. We never sell your data to third parties.

3. Cookies

Our website uses cookies. Functional cookies are strictly necessary for the proper functioning of the website. Analytical cookies are only placed after your consent via the cookie banner.

4. Data of Procul customers (SaaS)

If you use Procul as practice management software, we process personal data on behalf of your practice. In that case Procul acts as a processor. The arrangements for this are set out in a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

All customer data is stored exclusively on servers within the European Union. Your data never leaves the EU.

5. Retention periods

Data submitted via the contact form is not retained longer than necessary — generally a maximum of 12 months.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You can submit a request via the contact form. We respond within 30 days.
