Procul is directly connected to Vecozo, the declaration system of Dutch health insurers. You bundle invoices per insurer and period, send the declaration with one click and receive status updates automatically back in the system.

Yes. Procul automatically creates an audit log for every access to patient data, as required by NEN 7513. This is built in as standard and does not need to be configured separately.

Procul has five roles: Practice owner (admin), Office employee, Production employee and Specialist. Each role has access to exactly the features they need.

Yes. When switching to Procul we take care of the complete migration of your existing data: client records, orders, documents, attachments and historical data. Everything comes with you.

We do. When health insurers publish new price lists, Procul processes these for you. You do not need to do anything yourself โ€” the current rates are automatically ready in your system.
